We have with us modern manufacturing unit, which helps us to meet the specific fabrication demands of the market. Our unit is situated in UPSIDC industrial area site of Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh. It is spread over a wide area of 35,000 square feet which comprises of a covered shed of 8,000 square feet and office block of 3,000 square feet. The unit has an installed capacity of 1,000 MT of steel per month.

Some of the advanced processing machines used by us include:

• Grinding
• Cutting
• Welding

In addition, we also have an anodizing plant which is equipped with 5 ton chilling plant. This assists us in developing any critical part of heat sinks. With the help of our advanced manufacturing facility, we are able to develop our range of sheet metal components and others with unmatched quality standards.

Our experienced research and development personnel efficiently carry out the research activities that enable us to improve the quality and performance standards of our collection of sheet metal components, machined and fabricated parts and assemblies. With the help of our R & D team, we are also able to develop new product range as well as find out & remove the flaws or defects in the existing range, if any. They conduct researches in the areas such as:
